user agreement
By availing my services, you acknowledge and agree to have thoroughly read and accepted all the terms and conditions described herein. Please make sure that you have read and understood all the requirements carefully.If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement, I reserve the right to block your account and post a notice on all platforms.
reminders
1. I offer both pre-made copies of my carrds as well as custom-designed carrds made from scratch to suit your specific needs.
2. I make carrds for basic (+pro lite), pro standard and pro plus plans.
3. Any personal information such as names and email addresses provided will remain strictly confidential between the buyer and me.
4. I am open to accepting requests from private accounts, but please avoid using anonymous accounts whose sole purpose is to conceal identity.
5. All of my designs are pro standard-friendly. Non-pro carrds, are created with 50 or fewer elements and with hidden carrd branding.
6. While I do my best to make every design responsive, some designs may appear differently on certain devices. To ensure optimal viewing experience, I request that customers send me a screenshot before transferring the payment so that I can make any necessary adjustments.
7. I don't make edited carrds.
8. I reserve the right to decline any requests that I find too challenging or beyond my capabilities.
9. The time required to complete your carrd will vary depending on its complexity. For pre-made copies, it usually takes between 1 to 3 hours for the free plan and 1 day for the pro plan. This timeframe may be longer for custom-designed carrds.
10. I can make non-rush carrds immediately if I have free time, but if not, I will ensure it is completed within a maximum of one week (do not rush me if you ordered a non-rushed carrd).
11. I don't make rushed custom carrds.
recreating
1. No remakes without full credit (eg. © creator ib fiorefae).
2. Do not steal or take credit for my work, this includes copying or looking at my source.
3. Please refrain from copying or stealing my codes and using them as a base code.
4. Do not make non-pro version of my pro carrds and vice versa.
5. Do not make tutorials of my original designs (pro/non-pro).
purchasing
1. Strictly no cancellations once I start making your carrd. Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price.
2. MUST be following me.
3. Please don't request for a carrd that's out of your current plan or element range.
4. Fill out this form before messaging me.
5. Please be comfortable with providing me with your carrd account details (e.g. email and password).
6. Please don't hand out copies of the carrd that you commissioned me for, encourage them to commission me instead.
7. You can make changes inside the carrd but please don’t remove the credits (unless you've paid to keep it hidden).
8. Please be patient with me. I have chronic migraine (24/7 headache). While I work quickly when making carrds, I may not be able to start immediately when my headaches are severe.

pricing
1. Prices are negotiable and may vary based on the design requirements. The listed prices may not always be accurate. To get a more accurate quote, please feel free to DM me an image of the carrd you have in mind, or ask me on retrospring.
2. While I'm open to negotiating my prices, please note that the prices for pro carrds are fixed and non-negotiable. This is my only source of income, as I'm currently unwell and need to support my family. I'm also saving up for my check-ups, so I hope you can understand.
3. Although major revisions are free of charge, I kindly ask that you do not request an entirely new carrd under the guise of a revision.

payment
1. I accept payments via Paypal F&F, Gcash, and Ko-fi. If you opt for Ko-fi, please note that any associated fees will not be covered. You can use this calculator to calculate the additional amount to include in your payment.
2. Payment will be made once I finish the carrd, but I won't transfer until the payment have been received.
